Located at the front entrance of the Bella Vista Public Safety Building, this public art installation offers a welcoming point of connection between the community and the people who help keep it safe. The public is invited to visit the building and experience the artwork in person.

ARTIST STATEMENT: The Arts Council commissioned these three bronze figures to honor the dedication of our police force and district court employees. The 6’2” life size officer statue weighs 342 lbs and was inspired by BVPD Chief Graves. The life size K9 unit dog weighs 170 lbs. The model was BVPD K9 unit dog named “Huk. The 24” Lady Justice weighs 60 lbs. The Ad Astra bronze foundry in Lawrence, Kansas poured the figures and applied the classic brown patina.
