I have always thought dinosaurs were cool and interesting. A small plastic dinosaur was my model for this sculpture. The posture of the dinosaur evokes energy and movement which helps to animate the sculpture and make it feel alive despite it’s inanimate materials. I like how this sculpture plays with ideas of time, technology and nature.
